Returns Policy Some items may be returned to us if you notify us within 30 days of shipment. The items must be in the same condition they were when we shipped them to you. New items must still be new and unused. Used items must be in the same condition as in the photographs of the item on our website. You must call us at 919/596-4250 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us before you ship your return back. Any items you return should be in the packaging we used to send it to you, so please save those boxes until you are sure you’re happy! You are responsible for all shipping charges we incurred to send the package(s) to you and for your shipping costs to send the package(s) back to us.
As is the policy with virtually all auto parts retailers, there is no return or exchange of electrical parts. This is simply because electrical parts can be damaged if installed incorrectly or if installed in a circuit with another malfunctioning part.
Damaged Merchandise To report any merchandise damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of your receipt of the items. In order for us to make a damage claim with the carrier, you must keep all the materials that shipped with your order (the outer carton and any packing materials) so that the carrier may inspect it. We will arrange for a refund or replacement of any damaged merchandise as quickly as possible. Refunds or replacements cannot be made if the damage is reported after 5 days.
Cancelling an Order Orders may be cancelled anytime prior to shipping. We usually ship by the next business day, so please let us know as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel or change an order. Once your order has shipped, you may return it as explained in our Returns Policy above.
