How do I use the Online Store?
Use our Online Store to make purchases with your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card safely and securely. Next to each item is an “Add to Cart” button. Click Add to Cart for items you’d like to buy. When you’re done, you can click “View Cart” found at the top at bottom of each store page and then proceed to checkout. Then simply enter your name, address, email, and credit card information. That’s all there is to it!
Is my personal information safe?
All your personal information, including your name, address and credit card number, is processed through the secure servers at our credit card processor, PayPal. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. PayPal is so secure that even we, a trusted retailer, never see your credit card information. PayPal puts your money in our account and then passes us only your name, address and payment total information - but no credit card information - so that we can ship your packages to you. Flying Circus English Cars does not share any of your personal information with anyone for any reason! (We do, of course, put your name and address on your packages so they’ll reach you).
What about sales tax?
We are located in North Carolina. Orders that ship outside North Carolina are not charged any sales tax. Orders that ship within North Carolina will automatically be charged state sales tax (currently 6.75%) during checkout. To keep things simple during checkout, Flying Circus will pay the additional .5% Mecklenburg County Public Transportation sales and use tax for any orders shipping to Mecklenburg County (where sales tax totals 7.25%).
How will you ship my packages?
Once you add an item to your shopping cart, you can enter your zip code and then pick the shipping method you prefer from the list shown in the shopping cart.
What do you charge for shipping?
Our shipping charges are based on the weight and dimensions of each item in your shopping cart together with your zip code or country code. That way the shipping charges are fully customized to your purchase and you don't pay too much because of "one-size-fits-all" price-based shipping charges.
